Most schools post positions on their own websites; very rarely do they look for adjuncts on national sites. You will need to find out who offers such programs, and post on their sites. You will need to look for online programs in things like Criminal Justice (my school has one, but is not hiring right now either).

The pay for part-time instructors usually is about $2,000-$4,000 per course. Considering the number of hours you can expect to spend preparing such a course, that usually ends up being barely minimum wage.

JT - You will need a minimum of a regionally accredited masters degree, relevant work experience, and 18 graduate credits in the area you would like to teach. Preferrably, a doctorate and teaching experience.
