My guess is that at some of the programs you mention, particularly the University of Pennsylvania, your lack of work experience would eliminate you from consideration.

If you are just looking at master's programs, though, many states in the U.S. require that people have 150 hours of education, rather than the usual 120 hours for a bachelor's degree, and in those cases, many schools have been offering a master's degree in accounting. You should have many options, but many of them will not be at the very top schools.

Honestly, you may just have to call the university's department and ask specifically. They are unlikely to put that information online since it is very specific and somewhat personal.

You can probably go to the department's website for each school, however, and find their post-graduation statistics.

There are more colleges and universities in the Boston, MA area than anywhere else in the country, and since all of the majors you mention generally fall within the general subject matter of "English", most of them would have such a department. You will find that you have dozens of options. Find a list of Boston-area universities and look at their on-line catalogs for their English departments, to see if they offer the type of coursework in which you are interested.
