It would be easy to get fake documents to prove residency in the USA, so that thousands of people who should not be granted citizenship, would get it. How well did the 1986 amnesty work out?

okay. I'll take your word for it that it was just an odd coincidence.

so, here's the deal. We can live in four states of consciousness. Nature develops us up to have only two states. The third and fourth state are only a possibility for those who work for them.

In ordinary "consciousness" (second state... what we normally call "sleep" is first state), we have access to four lower minds. They are called centers. Intellectual, emotional, moving and instinctive centers. These four minds are the only way we have a perceiving the world. But there is much more to the world than can be seen by the four centers.

If we were to penetrate the third state, a new center would appear within us. This is called the higher emotional center. It has qualities that appear MAGICAL to ordinary consciousness. But this is very far from us. We are not awake. In order to become conscious, we must first WAKE UP. If we can wake up, (which is known as 'entering the Way') then begins a long process of preparing ourselves, psychologically, to be able to access our higher emotional center. Preparing means self-observation, self-remembering, seeing what is in us that is useless and must be eliminated, seeing what is lacking and must be attained.

Maybe I can ask you a question.This is my first semester.I am on a pell grant.I don't know what kind of grant you are on,but I am currently passing all my classes except math,due to dyscalculias.I'm pretty sure I failed for the semester and I too have a stress disorder along with OCD.That's not really at the forefront at the moment,but since you are writing an appeal.I'm wondering are you appealing a fafsa pell grant?Also.Would they take away mine?My first semester.one class failing thus far.I've already gotten the refund check and cashed it.So i don't think they could take that.Sorry.I'm asking you a question within your question.I was just wondering.

doable, but not likely. here's why:

You will NOT be allowed to do any outside schooling during Boot and A school. Depending on which Rating you choose, A school can be a year long. But say, just for argument's sake, it's 6 months long.
between Boot, A school, a C school if you get it and your mess cranking aboard your first ship(90 days typically).. you are looking at MINIMUM a year before you can even request permission to attend school on your own time.

You stand a 80% chance of being on sea duty first. Only a very small number of ratings allow for shore duty right off. so you will also have to contend with getting qual'd in your workspace, any collateral duties you are given as well as all those little underway periods ..and lets not forget real deployments of 30 days or longer.. and you can see several of those before you even do a 6 monther.

BUT you have TA available to you, you can test out using CLEP/PACE and DANTE(although I am not sure if there are any graduate degree classes available through that).

IF you get sea duty first, you can NOT expect to EASILY get a Masters, especially if you are adamant about not going online. if you go OCONUS, there will be more opportunities as each base offers at least one or 2 Masters degree programs via on base colleges.

CLRP Is NOT available to Officers, so if you were to pursue that route it would not be an option for you..However, as an officer, you might have the opportunity to go to NPS and get that master's degree on the Navy's time and dime. depending on the length of the program, you would owe anywhere from 2-5 more years.

DH's was one of the longest programs(27 months) and he is on his payback tour now..3 years.
